A brilliantly touching well put together book. How one woman overcame struggles from her past, and managed to find a way forward. A way forward that worked for her, that helped her become the person and the mother she wanted to be. How she over came child hood memories that were less than perfect, but how she managed to turn herself around.
A really interesting and touching read.
It's important as a parent to understand, you will not know how to do everything, that sometimes you will get things wrong. But you can pick yourself up, and carry on, and at the end of the day the most important part of being a parent is loving your child, caring for them and doing your best. No one can ask for more than that.
