Review: Billy and Me

Billy and Me Billy and Me by Giovanna Fletcher
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This is the first book I have read by Giovanna Fletcher, I think it's safe to say it won't be the last. I thoroughly enjoyed every single page of this book.
Sophie May is a wonderful character, living in the Kent countryside and working in a tea shop, Sophie doesn't realise how much her life is going to change when actor Billy Buskin visits the shop. A friendship and romance soon blossoms, but can quiet and private Sophie cope with the attention that comes with dating an actor.
I loved the setting of the Tea shop that Sophie worked in and her amazing elderly boss Molly was a character I really loved.
I can't believe how much I got lost in this book. Page after page I felt that I had become part of this little world.
A Brilliantly told story, keeps you gripped throughout, I read this book in no time, the pages just flowed so well and dragged me along.
Smiles and tears throughout this book, what a brilliant story.
